( CHARACTER INFORMATION )
Name/Work Name: Cia / Elena
Canon: Hyrule Warriors (The Legend of Zelda)
Canon Point: Post-Legends storyline
AU/CRAU: N/A
Age: Adult, but otherwise unknown
History: Wiki link that covers most, but not all of Cia's story. After Cia was made whole again and she got her power back from Dark Cia, our heroes (Link, Lana, Tetra, King Daphnes and now Cia) headed to the Earth and Wind Temples to take down Phantom Ganon. They all became separated from each other upon arrival, and Cia was left to fend for herself for a time until the quintet reunited. She now had enough magic to defend herself, but was still weakened considerably.
Once the gang got back together, Phantom Ganon appeared to attack. Cia, with the aid of the others, launched a powerful magic attack to weaken him, but this left her crippled once more and she retreated back to the allied base while the other heroes defeated him.
Upon his demise, the Triforce of Power re-appeared, and when Lana encased it in a magic bubble, she gave it back to Cia in order to keep her alive. Tetra and King Daphnes disappeared back into their own timeline, and so Link, Lana and Cia returned to Hyrule Castle, where they met Zelda, and used the complete power of the Triforce to restore the land.
Their task complete; peace restored to Hyrule, Lana and Cia bid farewell to Link and Zelda, and resumed their role as the Guardians of Time, watching over the balance of the Triforce in the Valley of Souls.
Personality:
Everyone has a light side, and a dark side. Cia once had both.
Now you could say she's half the person she used to be.
Cia was, at one point, a self-professed archvillain. She's not one to compromise, and will use any means necessary to get her way. Like opening a Gate of Souls and summoning legions of monsters to do her bidding. And using mind control on those who resist her. And tapping into her very life force to bolster her magic when all else fails. That failed too, and she finally recanted her ways, though too late to do anything about it.
Currently, she's trying to unlearn her evil ways. But without Lana's guidance, it'll be a long and rocky road.
In the meanwhile, Cia's... not a particularly pleasant person. She's callous, knows it, and doesn't particularly care. Being a powerful sorceress, she thinks of herself as better than everyone around her, and isn't afraid to put her money where her mouth is. She's condescending to anyone she considers lesser (which is probably everyone she meets), taunting and provoking them for her own entertainment, or to see what they'll do under pressure. People have to earn her respect, and this is generally done through battling them. If they succeed, rather than earning trust and friendship, she'll try to manipulate them into doing her bidding.
That isn't to say Cia doesn't have a heart. She does show her gratitude towards people who assist her without her prompting. She may even do favors for them, if she deems them worthy enough. She's drawn to a person's courage, and is more likely to be receptive to hero-types like that. They've got to be strong in physical, mental and emotional aspects, and prove this to her. This may backfire and earn her affection, and that's not necessarily a good thing to have. She can be considered a yandere, going to any lengths necessary to try to win them over. Even if it means she has to enslave or even kill them to make sure they're hers and no one else's.
Since she knows her dream of having the hero's affections will never come true, Cia has embraced a nihilistic view of the world. She doesn't particularly care about what people think of her, so she hasn't bothered to change herself. At least, she has no plans for world domination anymore, and has no wish to do so, knowing she still won't get what she wants. She doesn't have much patience for annoyances, however, and will gladly use force to get whatever's bothering her to go away. Or if they just don't comply with her wishes. If she can't have her heart's desire, she'll just have to make do with having the respect of those she meets, whether it's forced or genuine.
Debt: Her wish is to be reunited with Lana as the same person, so she can, y'know. Stop being evil. Be a complete person again.
Inventory:
- Guardian of Time outfit, including headdress
- Battle uniform
- The Triforce of Power. She is in a state of near-death without this. The Witch will have to use magic to sustain Cia if she can't keep this at the start.
Abilities:
- Powerful black magic, mostly offensive
- Mind control (to an extent)
- Can summon "dark" shadowy versions of other characters from the darkness in their hearts
- Can do the same to herself, except she summons Dark Links to attack
- The ability to witness both past and future events (will be consensual on the part of other characters' players)
- Can summon a whip/scepter-type weapon via black magic for use in battle
edit: With Triforce of Power:
- Can open the Gate of Souls
- Can summon monsters from the Gate of Souls, both large and small
- Teleportation
- Banishing magic
Strengths and Weaknesses:
+ Battle commander and tactician
+ Wields strong black magic.
+ Clairvoyance, both past and future
+ Focused on her goals
- Focused on her goals to the point of endangering herself
- Jealous to the point of being a yandere
- On that note, utterly obsessed with Link
- Manipulative
