Okay, so Cia can see into both the future and past. I'm going to limit her powers a bit though so as not to step on any toes. She can only see, say within about a month into a character's future (i.e. your current plans for them), and limited past.

By limited past, I mean if there's anything you DON'T want Cia to find out about your character's past, currently or ever for any reason, leave a comment here with what it is.

ALSO! Given the opportunity, such as a moment of physical or psychological weakness, she can use her magic to exert mind control over them. It isn't flawless; Cia needs to be of a sound mind herself in order for it to work. If she cracks, anyone can break free of her will. This will be on a case-by-case basis, so you don't opt in or out or anything, we'll just talk about it via PM or plurk.
